This one will come while working on the other long achievements for making it to the top league and earning $10M. You earn XP for wins, clean sheets (shutouts) and per goal scored. So really you want to try to score as much as possible without giving up a goal. I found it hard to keep the other team from scoring when using the usual 4-4-2 formation, so switched to using a 5-3-1 once I had it unlocked (formations are unlocked by leveling up). I personally earned this near the end of my 3rd season, around week 37. I had won every game (league and tournies), scored as much as possible (often 10 or more goals), and kept a clean sheet about 1/2 the time. Quick note, the goalies in this game are quite bad, and you can often score off the opening kick off, or even from your own half.
