This achievement is cumulative; it does not have to be done in one game

When:
At any point throughout the game

Method:
Occasionally upon killing an enemy, it will leave a Kinder Surprise-looking item behind. This will endow you with a new weapon, which can be activated with the X button. You must collect 30 of these (you don't necessarily have to use them).
