You will have to fight through 50 waves of Hell's minions to get this achievement, but it is actually quite easy. You will first have to complete the Single Player Campaign to unlock this mode. If you max out your Holy Cross attack (B button) you can then use the Block (Left Trigger) Holy Cross combo which will devastate all your enemies. Hold the left trigger and keep mashing the B button. This combo also draws all the enemies near you so that are destroyed by the area effect of the Holy Cross. Repeat the combo through all the waves and you will have the achievement in under 30 minutes.
