Teabag a D-BagG 5

In order to unlock Quagmire for purchase as a playable character you need to find all 15 photos in the first level, "It's All Greek To Me". Then, after you pay 3000 for him, play any multiplayer mode (I suggest deathmatch with Meg as player 2 to unlock additional achievements); once you kill player 2, press down on the D-pad to taunt.

If you haven't found them yet, here are the photo locations:
(Please note these will not be available until after you get Lisa's photo and talk with Mort)
- Front porch of yellow house next to Mort's
- Front porch of blue house where Mort is standing (house you ended at after getting the photo of Lisa)
- At grey house next door
- On table in back of the next house
- On table in front of the same house
- On table in island in the road
- Shoot the propane tank by the fence in back of house next to the sorority
- On ground in back of same house
- On table in front of same house
- On porch of same house near the last one
- On a table immediately after you steal the tap
(Talk with Mort to open next house)
- Next to Meg on front porch of Jock house
- On side of same house next to passed out Greeks
- On table in back of same house
(Talk with Mort after getting all three jackets and play to where he asks for speakers)
- On porch behind the speakers you need to steal.
