Switch from Good Cop (Scribble Face) to Bad Cop.

This is super easy once you've completed the story and unlocked both Good Cop and Bad Cop.
Simply choose Good Cop by holding down
. Then as Good Cop hold down again and select Bad Cop. This achievement is now yours.
