This achievement does not work in Be A Pro mode, as myself and a few others have discovered. The only way I could get this to work was by going into Customize and creating a player, then adding him to an existing roster. Make sure when you create him, you set his appearance to be clean shaven regularly, and max length for playoffs (I used the Full Beard). You then want to go into the roster/lines and make sure he's actually in the line up and not scratched. After that, go to playoff mode, and create a new playoffs. I did it with 16 teams, best of 7, and switched out all of the teams for junior or European teams except the one NHL team with my created player. After that, just sim all of the games. The NHL team should beat the others easily to advance, and the achievement should pop during the second round. You don't need to play any of the games.
