Inspect the crushed skeleton at the bottom of the tower at Dead Man's Point in Cold Run.

Dead Man's Point is overlooking a cliff, and I wasted so much time trying to find a spot over the cliff that the skeleton was at. Actually it was VERY simple, just turn around and there are two destroyed towers with giants pacing in front of each. The one on the right has the skeleton for the achievement right inside it on the ground.
