This achievement is unlocked by using a car door to kill a zombie. While you are driving in any vehicle simply press the X button on your controller. This will hold the door open on your vehicle, find some zombies on the road, and accelerate towards them sideswiping them for a kill. This is a very fun way to dispatch zombies in the game. The title of this achievement is perfect.
