To unlock this achievement you will need to play through one of the four campaigns in the game. You can not join a session in progress. you must start at the beginning and complete the campaign. It will be easier if you do not pick up any other weapons unless you can find a second pistol. If you do pick up another weapon you will need to be careful to switch back to the pistol after you heal yourself as the game will auto equip the added weapon. The pistol is you default weapon, you can not get rid of it, and you will have unlimited ammo. Do not use any of the mounted guns, but you can use Pipe Bombs or Molotov Cocktails without affecting the achievement requirements.
