You'll need the traditional jetpack for the "Class Act" achievement, so I recommend buying that one, and the bubble jetpack, since it is the cheapest one.

Note: Jetpacks have almost no effect on gameplay, so I don't recommend going for this one early. Use your coins on the gadgets you need to advance, and knock this one out once you can afford to waste some cash on jetpacks.
