This achievement is unlocked by killing 1000 AI soldiers in the game. The easiest way to get this achievement is to use the smart pistol. This weapon will auto target all the AI Grunts and Specters for easy kills. If you solely concentrate on the AI you can rack up about 50 kills per game.
