This can be done with greatest ease on an Easy Golden Tile challenge. Clear all other tiles off the board, and be sure that the last two tiles are golden tiles. You can even make matches with the other golden tiles along the way, as long as the last 2 tiles are gold. Scout ahead while playing, and make sure that your final 2 tiles are not stacked on top of each other, that you will not have to clear the last 2 golden tiles to access other, regular tiles, and that there are no regular tiles UNDER your gold tiles.
