You need to play EASHL mode for this, which requires at least one other player on your team to start a game (unless playing Drop In). This is easiest done when you first start in Division 10. You only need 6 points in 10 games to earn a promotion, but earning 8 points will earn you the Division Title and an automatic promotion without having to play the remainder of your games. If you can win 4 in a row without a loss, you'll earn this achievement, as well as the Promotions For All and On A Roll achievements.
