You could swing away (press "B") with Stewie's golf club or Brian's broken bottle, but there is an easier way where you don't even have to fight. I actually did this unintentionally in the first level: "It's All Greek To Me". Simply pick up the egg bonus item by running over it and when you have a group of Greek Jocks or Sorority Girls come at you, activate the Chicken ("LB" with the chicken selected) and let him do the work.
