This achievement is unlocked by killing one of the freak zombie types called Bloaters. The best way to kill them is with a firearm at a distance as they will explode and spew noxious gases all around you causing you to lose health and stamina. These zombie types will roam anywhere in the game world. You can also climb a cell tower to survey the surround area. This will help find and identify freak zombies from long distances. Some of the better places to find these zombies will be in the farmlands. Kill five of these Bloater zombies in a Breakdown level 2 or higher game and the achievement will be yours.
