DLC achievement. This will pop immediately if you've already met the requirements. If you've deleted the game and reinstalled, there is no cloud save unfortunately and you'll have to start over. This is for collecting 500 Lums (the yellow flying things in each level). Each level has 100 possible, so if you don't miss any this will pop at the end of level 5. If you're struggling, you can buy gadgets to make the game easier, like the extra life or the shoe which shows you exactly what path to take (button presses shown on screen).
