This achievement is unlocked by running through the Epic Dungeon called Castle Never. The Epic dungeon culminates with a battle with the Demon Orcus. For this achievement you must reach and survive the halls outside his chamber five times with one character without dying. The halls are filled with roaming green death spheres which instant kill you if you enter their space. Complete this task 5 times and the achievement will be yours. There are two requirements to enter this Epic Dungeon. The first thing is that you need to be level 70. Secondly you need to have a total item level of 2000. This can be found on your character sheet on the bottom left of the screen and to the right of your rotatable character.
