There is a easy 2 controller method.

Go to play now and select your side then the 2nd player side. When player 2 gets the ball choose kick fg (does not matter how faraway they are) as player 1 go offsides stand in front of the fg holder, set up the kick as player 2 then ready yourself as player1 to jump and block the attempt. If you miss blocking have player 2 accept the penalty and try again,
when successful on the block have player 2 decline the penalty and the achievement should pop.
