This is a story related achievement that can not be missed. Ray will give you a series of missions which will culminate in you taking his stolen diamonds with Ray's biker business partner to the museum to exchange it for cash. Ray is located in the center island in the Little Italy part of Liberty City. Complete the mission called Museum Piece and the achievement will be yours.
