This achievement is obtained in a Ranked Wanted match. You will need to hunt down and kill the only " Wanted " player in the match. One is assign at the start of the match. Upon that Wanted player's death you then become the match's Wanted player and this is where you will become invincible for the next 10 seconds. Get as many kills are you can, not to worry if you don't get all 10 kills in one match because the count is cumulative.
