Switch to Arabic. Make sure you played 100 full rounds in Arabic lifetime, and then earn 10K total score in a single week. Also make sure you play with another player after meeting these requirements to get the achievement, if it does not unlock try starting the game up again, changing the game's language to English and back to Arabic or try waiting 24 hours and starting the game up again.
