This can be done in almost any mode or daily challenge, provided there are at least 150 matches in the entire game. Some Daily Challenges end after as few as 15 matches, so I would say that Easy Daily Challenges are not likely to give you the achievement, but it's entirely possible that some Easy Daily Challenges might have just enough. In my opinion, your best chance at this is through the a medium Color Change daily challenge. The entire blocks being a single color makes it much quicker to identify matches, and with a medium difficulty challenge, you should never have trouble finding your next match within 2 seconds.

I will note, however, that the medium Color Change challenges usually have right around 300 tiles total (150 matches). This means that if you miss any, you'll probably have to try again. This also means that sometimes, the puzzle will have just under 300 tiles (148 or 149 total matches), and it will not have been possible to get the achievement on that puzzle. My suggestion is not to make a point of pursuing this achievement on its own. Do your DLC packs, play your 100 tranquility mode puzzles, get all of your challenge medals, etc., first. It's very likely you'll end up getting your 150 match bonus somewhere along the way. If, by the time you've finished everything else, you somehow still haven't unlocked this, you can use the strategies above to pick it off.
