    First get used to a routine one you really like (one without tracking issues) a way to see after you finish the last move pause the game and see how many 5stars you had know that if it didn't pop you need to improve by 1,2,3... drills. if you want easier choose a shorter less impact workout 10 min solutions/trainer is a good start and after a few sessions can be aced.
