the Crusaders (A Community With A Mission)

Clan Recruitment

the Crusaders is a clan built like many others, we have ranks, we have a chain of command, we support many games, we have mandatory practices, we require our members to be involved in the Community.
But, we are more...the Crusaders is a clan with a mission, not to dominate the gaming sphere, not to have the largest amount of members, not even to be the best clan out there. No, our mission is to take this passion, this love of gaming and put it to good use.
Gaming attracts a wide variety of people, from all over the world, and our mission is to focus that passion, that energy into something good, into some grand! the Crusader's mission is to support Charities covering multiple issues from around the Country and around world.

While that is our mission, our goal is that of many other gaming clans, to provide a professional website, a mature gaming base, and people who want to play, together!

the Crusaders support Casual gamers and we support Competitive ones, whether you join to blow off some steam, just to play with people who know what they are doing, or play to compete, from inter-clan tournaments, to MLG events, we support the total gaming experience!

Our Members are loyal, they are respectful, honorable, dedicated, and mature. the Crusaders can count on its members and they can count on us, to provide them an enriching experience, that doesn't hinder gaming, but invigorates it! We want our members to want to show up for events, not because they have to, but because they want to. Because they get to socialize with others who share their passion for gaming!

In the Crusaders you are not a number on a roster, you are a valued member of our Community! What is the difference between a Clan and a Community? A Clan has a leader, who's word is law, there is no middle ground, there is no debate about the issues, what he says goes! In a Community, we look out for each other, we have a true dialogue, where someone speaks the leadership listens and takes all suggestions into account when making decisions. Our members are extremely important to us, without them we aren't anything, but a big empty website!

Beyond that, we do have regulations. Many of which govern other websites in some way or form.

Members interested in joining the Crusaders must:

Be at least 18 years of age (sorry, we don't want people having to ask mommy for permission to play)
Have a working microphone (if we can't communicate with you, what good are ya?)
Be able to access our website often (we pay for it, we'd appreciate if people used it)
Be able to attend mandatory practices regularly (not always calling in sick)

On top of it all, members will have 30 days from the time they enlist to add the tC clan tag to their gamer tag (it must be apart of the gamer tag, like tC-Gamer Tag not Gamer Tag-tC or any other variation of tC or gamer tag configuration). This is our choice, it helps promote the clan as well as distinguish the people who really want to be here and not just jumping from clan to clan. It is a badge of honor, there are no exceptions to this policy. Sorry.

In addition, you should know that skill is not a factor when considering people to join our Community. While its a nice thing to have, skill can be refined, character can not. We are a quality over quantity gaming Community!

If we have peaked your interest (and we hope we have), please take a look at our website and apply to join! If you have additional questions, comments or concerns about the Crusaders gaming Community, again, I'd like to direct you toward our website! We appreciate you taking a look at our advertisement, and regardless of your decision, we hope to see you on the battlefield!
