That's tempting, but it looks like a photo images verses a sculpted door which would be way cooler (Pun intended).

Rosetta Stone 54% off at Barnes & Noble

So, not games or gaming related, but, if you have ever been interested in learning an additional language, then the almost universally lauded Rosetta Stone series at 54% off may be of interest to you. 10,000 Schools, NASA, U.S. State Department, U. S. Army, and Thomson Reuters all use it for training/learning. The premier, 5 level system is usually $499, and comes on both disc and with digital download, allows for multiple devices AND multiple learners, is $229.99.

So, want to improve yourself, your job prospects, and your life (or play those Japanese Games without guides?) - pick up a language.
I've seen used Rosetta Stones for sale at pawn shops. I've always wondered if they can be reinstalled to another computer. i.e. how many times can the CD key be used ? I would guess with an expensive product like Rosetta stone they would try hard to protect from multiple installs.

As for learning another language the books "An idiots guide to Spanish" (or other language) is a good cheap choice that you may even find in a library. I wouldn't touch Rosetta stone even at $250. That's far far far over priced for what it provides.
The price should be about $99 IMO.

Of course, that also depends on which version it is. As for overpriced, well, since the market dictates that it can sell that package for $500 (as it does, often), it stands as a good deal, but maybe not the right deal for everyone. Over 200 hours of lessons and content, I'm good at $230.
