It seems ROMs are gaining popularity once more... and people seem to be gaining interest in th origins of Gaming... man... it's good to see people taking an interest... however, Second generation gamers like me may feel like our experience is being laughed at. We were weaned on SNES and Mega Drive... for first gens, it must be even worse.... Our apporach to gaming is impatient and sometimes foolhardy, which cannot be afforded in the more modern, realistic games...

Nevertheless, feel free to post rom links and recommended reading (and playing) for our other members on this thread...

Until AN and TG decided to bugger off, my most usual stop for ROMs was the old "qualityroms.com" however, it seems people interested in trying old games, or indeed, experiencing a blast from the past will have to go elsewhere...
