I do not understand how this works... Do I have to play all of my games again for them to sync?

Hmm, you look completely synced so something is not right. Going to need staff to help you out in this one. Better to have put this in Issues, but all the staff is active so they'll see it.

Looks like it's working on it now. If you have a XBOX One, you will need to turn that setting on in your gamertag settings.
