I believe anything that is 1k points is considered retail, whether it's an XBONE Arcade title or a digital download of a disc or whatever. At least that's how it was for 2014. Not sure how she'll score Pinball FX2 :P But I doubt anyone will finish that here.

All other platforms:
under 1000 GS: Arcade
1000 or more: Retail (See Costume Quest 2 on X360, clearly an arcade, but is classified as retail).

I believe there are only 2 exceptions on that rule, but I forgot which it were.
