GTAIV = Best 360 Game Ever?

With Grand Theft Auto IV over a month old, it has made it's presence known in next-generation gaming. When you think of the best Xbox 360 game titles, which one particular title comes to mind? While fans of first person shooters may fall in love with Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3, it's safe to say that Grand Theft Auto IV appeals to a much wider audience that prefer multiple genres.

So, what do you think? If you could list Grand Theft Auto IV at the top of your list, would you? And if not, where do you think this game stands in terms of Xbox 360 game titles?

Bioshock does it for me. it was such a perfect game that i didnt want to play it in case i somehow screwed it up. So far it wins on immersion,story,design and graphics.

Like Billy, I'm a sucker for Bioshock's great storytelling and atmosphere. Only problem is that I didn't play it on my 360, I played it on my PC (because with my brother's dual GTX8800s, the game looks fucking awesome)

I'm not sure for my favorite 360 game ever, probably going to have to go with Rock Band though, it just doesn't get old for me.

But, on the subject, I don't quite know how to answer this. I think we should make our own set of GTN Game Awards. Like... "best shooter" or "best graphics"

In the end, it'll be more fun for the voters, as there are multiple categories, and in the end, will be better then all the other sites who delegate awards, as it'll be the Gamers of GTN who decide this. Might be good to get a few more members in, but this could really work.

And in the end, we could have two sets of awards. Those decided by the Members, and those given by staff. And both would be updated on our directory. So, people looking for info on a game to add to their collection will see on the directory both sets of awards! I dunno, I think it's a good idea personally...

Alienware don't have the greatest specs in the world, and their really expensive as most of your money is spent on the case.

Hmm... for a gaming notebook/tower? Falcon Northwest Computer Systems, The Ultimate Gaming PCs.. Those guys are definately great at what they do .

well ive been looking around and alienware seem to do the job for me. I was gonna get a dell XPS gaming notebook (i have no room for a desktop ) but its more expensive and lower specs.Plus the AW is much slimmer and easier to carry around. The money involved is big but to me it's worth it.

its an Area 51 m15x. with the highest processor and graphics and can play Crysis on high even though it can get choppy sometimes but it can be done.

I'm looking for a desktop myself! Funfun!

I;m checking out the Alienware right now. I'll be getting it AFTER I get the 360 and PS3 back. However, I'd like all your recommendations on a good Desktop.

so back to topic (finally). Fable 2 will probably take the prize if it comes out this year but if not GoW2 will certainly make an impression. Loved the first one so hopefully there's lots of new content for the second.

Fable 2 will win. Unless that game you showed me the preview of comes to 360... You know... that Modern free running one.
