Each of the 5 levels unlock at a different number of jiggies, but I unfortunately did not pay attention to when each level unlocked. What I do know is that the 5th and final level unlocks at 30 jiggies. The first 4 levels are a simple jumping platformer with increasing difficulty. The first and second levels are nothing, the third will definitely require a handful of retries, and the fourth needs some pretty precisely timed jumps.

The fifth level has Klungo facing off against Grunty. She will shoot a single very fast fireball at you, and you have to jump over it. Do that, and you win the level. The problem is that it is a very fast fireball, and you can only clear it if you are at the exact peak of your jump when it gets to you. A simple trick here is to pause the game. Unpause the game and quickly re-pause it. Use this to force the game to only advance a few frames at a time so that you have some warning of when Grunty will be opening her mouth to shoot her fireball at you. Once you see her open her mouth to shoot the fireball, it's time to jump. Unpause and spam the jump button as quickly as you can to be sure you jump as soon as possible. The timing might not be perfect depending on when you paused initially and how long it took to jump after unpausing, but this will land you in the right ballpark and should hand you a win after a few tries if not on the first.
