After you win a battle, your defeated opponents will be unconscious on the ground for you to loot. Walk up to them, hit up on the right stick to fart, and then do that 9 more times. I wasn't sure if these needed to be 10 different enemies, but there will be hundreds of knocked out enemies over the course of the game, there's no good reason to try to farm this on just 1 body.
