This achievement can be unlocked alongside all others in this game using the following guide:


Following this guide I was able to unlock all of the achievements in around 10 minutes.

The requirements for this achievement have been updated to where you now have to find all five gems and then complete the game by defeating the final boss without interacting with any of the purple eye-shaped items that you find.
