This achievement will unlock once you purchase all the Ring Surge Upgrade in the game. Hit the start button on your controller/Upgrades and purchase the 4 different Ring Surges along with the two upgrade levels.

Willpower
Level 1 - 15,000 Will Points
Level 2 - 20,000 Will Points

Stamina
Level 1 - 15,000 Will Points
Level 2 - 20,000 Will Points

Warrior
Level 1 - 15,000 Will Points
Level 2 - 30,000 Will Points

Guardian
Level 1 - 15,000 Will Points
Level 2 - 30,000 Will Points
