This counts runs completed as well as deaths. Easiest way to do this is to use the 609MM Hand Cannon and the Tunnel Rat Perk and kill yourself.

The Hand Cannon does lots of damage and the Tunnel Rat Perk reduces your armor so you should die faster.

You need to do this at least 50 times depending on how many completed runs you have.
