Golden vehicle upgrades can be purchased for 10,000 coins. Purchase any of these, and the achievement is yours. This has no effect on gameplay, so I recommend spending your coins on gadgets that will help you advance through the game, and then work on grinding out the coins for this once you've unlocked some gadgets that will speed this up.
