Hard to Kill G 5

To obtain this achievement you need to take enough damage and not die during a multiplayer match multiple times. You start with 100 health and your health needs to get to 20 or below at which point you can run off and pick up a health pack. Repeat this four times and the achievement will pop for you during the match.
