To unlock this achievement you simply need to bowl three strikes in a row which is called a turkey in Bowling. Head to the bowling alley, choose the left most lane. Once you have the bowling ball in hand, hold the left stick to the left until Niko moves left two steps. Tap A to throw the ball down the lane. Pull back on the right stick, wait about a second and a half then push the right stick forward, and you should get a strike. The right stick controls the speed of the ball as it goes down the lane. Getting this achievement can be a little tricky, just keep at it until you find the right speed to knock down all the pins.
