To unlock this achievement you simply need to deliver 10 packages to various locations for Little Jacob. When Little Jacob trusts you enough he will offer you the delivery jobs. You can access these jobs via the phone under Little Jacob/Jobs. The jobs will consists of picking up a car driving to a location and dropping off the package. Be aware that some of the deliveries will have you running into rival gangs and police stings.
