Covenant "Hot Drop"G 5

After Anders fixes the bridge, wait until quite a few Covenant troops are on the bridge, then select the console Anders was working on and there should be an option to deactivate the bridge. Do so. Also, if you don't get it, the bridge can be re-extended and dropped as many times as you like, so just wait at the exit and kept dropping it as units walk on if you need to.
