Here is a video guide for all signature takedowns.

Tips:
1. Most of these takedowns are easier to be done on "Road Rage" mode since its easier to takedown other rivals on this mode.

2. Sometime choosing a slowest car or driving slowly really helps with hardest takedowns or very specific ones.

In general you should be able to get most of the signatures by just playing the game normally so dont bother going for any sooner.
