This is a story related achievement and can not be missed. This achievement unlocks when you complete the first mission in the southern territory. You will take a boat trip and must protect it from the attacking faction as it makes its way to port. You will want to locate and kill the guys firing the RPG rockets and the mortar shells as quickly as you can. These two will do the most damage to the ship, which you can repair. The rest of the attackers should be fairly easy to fend off.
