Pretty self-explanatory, but here are some tips. Obviously you need to play in Be A Pro (BAP) mode for this achievement. You can create a player and simply sim away if you don't feel like playing, but you don't get a lot of points from doing it this way. Playing the games gives you a much bigger boost to all of your stats. I chose to start in junior and get drafted, so I could boost my rating before I got to the NHL level. If doing this, make sure your player is at least 17, so he'll get drafted during the off season (must be 18 to be drafted). I played as a sniper, and started out at a rating of 67. By the end of my junior year, I was already up to an 83. Easiest to do playing on rookie, and focusing on certain things during the game. Goals, deking successfully whenever possible, not taking penalties, are a few of the main things to focus on, as well as trying not to turn the puck over and getting hits. By the end of my 1st NHL season, I was up to an 87 rating, since it slows down a lot once you've maxed some of your skills, and need to either focus on little things, or use your off ice-training to boost the stuff you can't work on in-game (mostly skating stats). I simmed my 2nd NHL season, and popped the achievement during the off season after that, as soon as I hit 90 (during the sim).
