You need to return 3 blue barrels to the RV.

The first is located right at the RV location. It's 180 degrees from the RV

The second is in the barn located near the UFO crash and the protesters.

The third is located on the top of the mall where the party is. The body guards can be a bit of a pain as they will push you around as you enter the roped off area.

Once you have returned the 3 barrels; you will now find blue piles around the map. Licking one of these will give you ice breath and you will now be able to freeze any type of zombie and shatter them by attacking.

Shattering them with the ice breath does not count towards the kill x amount of zombies challenges. The ice breath itself only lasts a few seconds.

Try and find groups of zombies or turn normal people into zombies and then freeze and shatter them. After you do this to 30 zombies the achievement will unlock.
