This achievement requires you to complete all 10 of the career missions on Difficult mode. This mode roughly takes about 4-5 hours, maybe a little bit more if you are working on getting all the side-missions done too. Most of the tasks are laid out easily for you, and there is usually a marker or an 'x' on your map if you are having a hard time. Also, don't forget about Hunter Sense as well as using the yellow icon on the screen for help. On Normal difficulty, most gamers will breeze through it.
