Big Pharma G25:
Collect 100 Stimpaks and 100 RadAway on Quests

This one is pretty self-explanatory. When you're on quests be sure to search all rooms and bodies of fallen enemies and usually on most quests you'll walk away with between 2 stimpacks and RadAway to over 10 of each depending on the quest and the RNG that they've got going in the background that rolls what you'll get. So this will take either 10 quests or close to 50, it really depends on your luck (not the SPECIAL stat) as there is a bit of leeway to this.
