Craft 10 Outfits

Crafting outfits requires an Outfit Workshop to be built, requiring you to first have 32 dwellers in the vault before it’s available. After building the workshop, just send some people to it, select a recipe that you have the supplies for and craft it. After you make 10 outfits, this achievement will unlock.
