To unlock this achievement you simply need to play as one of the heroes and kill 100 opponents in multiplayer matches. This can be accomplished during Supremacy, Walker Assault, Heroes vs Villains, or Hero Hunt game types. I found that playing Walker Assault can wrack up a good deal of kills as you defend the uplinks from the enemies. Below is a link to a match where I defeated 42 opponents, the majority of them as Luke Skywalker.
