When:
Throughout the whole game; easiest in Part 1.

Method:
Go into the Scumm Bar during Part 1, and take the trivia card album from the table by the pirates. Without this, the trivia cards themselves won't spawn.

Every new scene you get to, hold both and at the same time to reveal all the hotspots you can interact with. Sometimes you'll notice one of the hotspots surrounds an image of a small, brown, patterned rectangle - these are Trivia Cards, the game's collectibles! Click on the hotspot to collect the card.

Very important notes:
Once you've collected a card, it will be stored in the album accessible from your inventory ().

The card you'll receive is RANDOMLY SELECTED from the 100 possible cards available.

These card hotspots spawn a new, random card after 15-20 minutes of being collected, but ONLY IF you have LESS THAN TEN unanswered trivia cards in your album. I recommend answering the questions on the cards as soon as you collect them (see my answers guide here at GTN) to ensure efficient spawning.

The save file that governs your card collection is independent of your game save. Once you pick up a card, you'll keep it even if reloading your game save, and still have to wait for the hotspot to respawn a card. This means you can't guess at a trivia question, get it wrong, then reload your game to have another shot - the card will still have disappeared from your inventory.

Collect over 20 of the cards (you'll need all 100 for the completion) to unlock this particular achievement!
