Attached underneath is a video of me completing my run which I'll use for reference and a second video to showcase an easier strategy for clearing the first 2 groups of enemies.

General Tips
- Don't stop for too long - It is very easy to get surrounded and overwhelmed with the shear amount of guards in this level. You pretty much spend the whole level trying to not let them catch up.
- Exclusively use the KF7 assault rifle once you get to the 3 guards (0:37) and onwards, aiming for the upper body.
- I personally found it much easier to shoot the guards in bursts whilst firing from the hip, took me a few mins to get use to it.
- Cheats will disable achievements.

Breakdown
0:18 - Empty a whole pistol clip to get the guards to leave the room.
0:25 - Make sure you kill the 2 guards outside this room as they have a habit of blowing up the console. Also more come from the stairs so you have to be quick to hit the console also or they'll do the same...
0:35 - Switch to KF7 and exclusively use it from here, burst shots upper body. Kill only the guards I do. Startegically reloading to not leave you stood there having to take shots.
0:51 - Usually this guard opens the door sooner but just keep up against the wall like me if he's delayed.
1:08 - So this is the RNG part. Dr. Doak has the door decoder and can spawn in 7 possible loactions. 4 of which are bad and 3 are good. You want him to spawn either a) by the pillar to the back right, b) in the room to the left or c) in the room to the back left. Failing that it's a restart. Now its important not to take too long here or you'll get swarmed by 8-10 guards coming from behind you. You can filter them all with a door glitch but it'll waste a fair chunk of time. So try to follow my order exact; 2x guards in back right, grab door decoder and then 2x guards on the way to locked door.
1:23 - Open the menu, select "door decoder" and press [cn_RT]. You'll hear typing if you did it correctly. Again the guards behind will catch up if you take too long here.
1:40 - Lastly, before detonating the bombs here make sure 006 is 2 square tiles width away from the bomb explosions (not the tanks themselves) so he doesn't get blown up. ALSO make sure that you see "Objective C: Complete" and "Objective D: Complete" before you go through the final door - this will fail if you go through the exit early! I cut it close but you'll see D for a couple of frames at the end of mine after C.

Fun Fact - There is a stat for "Attempts at Facility on 00 Agent" for this game. It took me 39 attempts apparently. Mostly just bad Dr. Doak spawns. With some luck you'll get it sooner
