The Mace Storm is one of the constructs you can buy as you level up. It will cost you 10,000 Will Points to purchase, then just defeat 20 enemies and the achievement is yours. This will be the very first construct you can purchase and is just as useful as the Gatling Gun, I recommend buying this on as soon as it is available.
